Good food!

Definitely was a pleasant place to stay! My room view was great and so was the breakfast! If any of u wanna save money on it tho I'd suggest using SweetHotelDeals. Net

Back again and again

As for dislike Nothing!!!!! I was there with my brother and sister in law and we had a great stay, left my pillows and we were on the way back to Dallas we called them and they mailed my pillows to me. Friendly staff great accomidations. We stay there several times a year and reccomend them to all of our friends and family, Great location to down town and to towns north.

Wet, Dirty & Rustic

This was a terrible experience..I did not make a Big fuss while there because I was with my granddaughter..However, First night woken to a Roof leaking on my head in a rock hard bed. Daughter found Bubble gum stuck to her pillow case (clearly not changed) , Moved us the next day to another room where there was no towels almost no toilet paper, and hair woven into the blanket that was nasty! Carpets were not vacuumed and overall Nasty feel to it! My room was not even comped after I was up all night putting towels on their mattress trying to salvage it from the downpour of rain on the bed. Very disapointed.

Not As Described! Beware!

This place was great if you love dirty rustic. We stayed there for a family members graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. The hotel is about a 30 minute freeway drive (morning traffic included) to the Base. Luckily we left ourselves plenty of time to get to the base because it was not a It was very dated. Stains in carpets, sinks, counters, and on matresses! Did not have dvd player as advetised. Park area was dirty and a great place if you are a squirrel or a cat! No safe in room and it was in a bad area! Refridgerator did not stay cold at all in any of the 3 rooms we rented. Coffee pot and mugs were dirty, so I had to wash them then they were not emptied and cleaned by maid service the next day! Gross! I even had to make my own "Do Not Disturb" signs for our doors so they wouldn't go into the rooms. This is a case of you get what you pay for. I would recomment the Marriott's or Hyatt downtown for a little more money and a whole lot of comfort and piece of mind.

Had high hopes.... Not the case!

We stayed at the resort in the two bedroom condo. I dislike that it is vacation condos with regular hotel rooms. The location is not the best, but it seems they try. Pool needs updating. Breakfast is pathetic, they would be better off not offering one. After 2 days of expired yogurt we gave up. Now to the reason I am reviewing. We spent a week here. The first full day I noticed how black our feet were looking and my baby's legs and arms were black, I figured it was frI'm the porch. I soon found out how wrong I was! On Tuesday evening we get back to our room and I notice stcky spots on the floor where housekeeping sat down leaky trash bags. I grab some cleaner I brought from home and the bathmat towel to clean it up. And what I found on the towel was sickening it was BLACK! I spot checked all throughout the condo and the floors were disgusting. At least I know why we were all turning black. I take the towel to the desk and not a single apology. She was mad at me for getting the bathmat dirty from cleaning the mess the maid left behind. Will not be returning. Regret... Regret.

Pool Down in June

The rooms themselves are nice. The outside has little to be desired. The pool was being fixed for our entire stay. I booked 2 rooms both 2 bedroom 2 bath condos for a total of 4 days. We had 6 kids to entertain in 100 degree weather with no pool. I was very dissatisfied with the inability to provide some alternate accomodation. We ended up spending $200 per family to take the kids to Shlitterbahn. If I stayed again I would call the day of to make sure the pool was working. It is my understanding this is not the only time this has happened.

Great Service

Though the room isn't perfect the staff is AMAZING!!!!!!! All of the staff was very professional, warm, and friendly. We asked if we could stay a bit past check-in because we had such a late flight and the staff was very pleased to help us out for a little extra time. The grounds-keepers were very friendly and efficient and were able to do their work without really seeming like they were annoyed with guests and messes. It isn't a new place but is well kept. The rooms were cute in a "rustic" kind of way, very clean, and the pool was lovely after a very long day of travel. I certainly would recommend this if looking for a reasonably priced place. For my next trip to San Antonio I certainly would see about staying here again.

We just arrived from our trip to San Antonio, stay at the Inn and yes the pictures are very deceiving, will not be going back. The beds were hard and the A/C never really cooled the room. Won't recommend this place either.
