We arrived at 1 PM and were told there were no rooms clean yet (we had a reservation in advance). The front desk person told us to come back in 30 minutes, and assigned us a room. When we returned after 2:15, the housekeeper said she had been at lunch and we should give her another 30-60 minutes. We came back after an hour and the beds were made, but the toilet needed attention and the floor had not been vacuumed. The housekeeping supervisor seemed irritated that someone should have to return to the room to finish cleaning; said that was what happened when guests showed up early and housekeepers were "pressured" to do rooms quickly. The air conditioner was not working well; on the second day, I discovered the filter was filthy and after I cleaned it, it worked a little better. The room was cheaper than others on the Internet; I guess we got what we paid for.
