Unfriendly place to stay

When we came into the lobby to check in, we had to wait 15 minutes for a staff member to see us at the desk. We asked about the breakfast in the morning, and the man was rude and bothered that we asked. We stood at the desk listening to the staff complain about setting up breakfast the entire time. We asked who the manger was, and he said that the owner doesn't return calls to guest complains but we could fill out a card in the room. For two weeks to tried to reach the owner/manger to express my concerns, and never received a call back I could see how this place is ran.
