vey friendly staff and clean rooms

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms are very clean, only stayed one night and was very good accomidations for the price. The wireless internet service is great. would recommend this hotel if traveling for visiting in the area. Conviently located to shopping, restaurants and state prisons if you are traveling to malone to visit a loved one. If there was room service i would have rated it 5 stars for the money.

very clean and nice

I have stayed at the Super 8, three times now. I actually drive 40 minutes from Potsdam NY to Malone to stay at the Super 8 because it is so clean. I am very particular about where I stay because I am a clean nut and the Super 8 has always exceded my expectations.

Best in Malone!

Awesome place to stay! Stayed at another property in Malone, while on business. Checked out the next day and found the Super 8 Motel. Walking in the door, I knew I had found heaven. The desk clerk was smiling and very professional. The lobby area was clean and fresh coffee always on. The manager, Lisa Vigneault, helped me with my luggage from my car! What service! Entering the room, was a breath of fresh air. Everything is brand new and modern. The bed was the best sleep I have had in a long time. The WIFI was free enabling me to work comfortably in my room. Breakfast in the AM was a plus. I will certainly return to this property and strongly recommend!

Great location and clean motel

Easy access to all the attractions in the North Country. Friendly staff and clean rooms. This is one of those motels you'd let your Mom and Dad stay. Good security and very accommodating parking even for big moving trucks.

Noisy

I did not care for listening to traffic all night and morning. This hotel is situated on a busy street and you will hear the noise of the cars and trucks/semi tractor trailers - so much so that it woke me up several times. Unfortunately there's not much else up here by way of hotels, so.... Anyhow, the rooms are very average [translation: blah].
