TERRIBLE

AVOID!
I would avoid this property if you intend to use your room to actually sleep.
You do get what you pay for, but no matter what class of hotel you stay in, you expect basic criteria to be met, such as a clean room, quiet at night during sleeping hours, and competent hotel staff. This place failed in all 3 areas.
We stayed for 3 nights with the following problems:
1) Occupants of room above stayed up until 4 AM every night, which they are entitled to do. However, hotel is so poorly constructed that we could hear every movement all night (e.g. walking around the room, even could hear them using the toilet).
2) Drunk college kids carrying on in the halls on the 3rd night night until 3 AM. Called the front desk, promises of security action, but no action. Finally, went down to the front desk, clerk says "Oh, yeah, they're so loud, it's really starting to annoy me!" Do I need to explain the incompetency involved here? I had to deal with the kids myself. Clerk also helpfully mentioned that they tend to have the problem with noisy kids frequently.
3) Room smelled musty, probably because shower leaked through wall into room.
There are several other reasonably priced properties near the Biltmore, e.g. Baymont and Holiday Inn Express right across the street. It is definitely worth a few extra bucks to choose those, trust me.
