Not what i expected
We spent the Fourth of July there and was it an experience. In our group there were five of us with two rooms, out of five, none were satisfied with the hotel overall. This is probably the worst Hampton that we had experienced. The whole time we were there, the staff was very unfriendly, maybe one or two actually seemed sorta friendly. The pool was pretty nice, and the basketball court was great, but the appearance of the hotel was cheap and the elevator did not have air conditioning. The beach also was a pretty good walk and there was only about 50 yards of public access, from there it was all private with no tresspassing signs. The worst part was the harrassment from the security guard who found it necessary to follow our car to our parking spot after we made it back from watching the fireworks. He told us we were being too loud and that people were trying to sleep but all we were doing was getting out of the car and returning to the rooms. But it was a just a bad experience overall and if you like Hamptons, do not go there because it will let you down.
