The BIGGEST waste of $150.00!!!!

The service was horrible. The night clerk was rude and had ZERO people skills. When we went to check out and were asked,"How was your stay?" by the female manager. My response was that the night clerk treated my family rudely. She called me a liar and told me to leave! Wow! I thought the customer was always right!! I would NEVER stay at this place again! wonderful Staff

Very accomodating staff, clean and wonderful surroundings for a very small hotel nothing to ask more from the staff to the services.... Rooms well maintained knowing been built for almost 13 years. although no elevator everyone is so helpful offering their help for our luggages. Thinking that the hotel is an exterior one was surprised was quiet and safe.. woul recommend to my friends and our company.

accesibility for the handicapped

No elevator & the concrete steps are steep, short, and open so that a cruch or cane could easily drop through. It is downright scary.

awesome hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 3 night, the room was very nice and comfortable. Everybody was so nice and very helpful. I will absolutly recomend this to my family and friends.

I can't believe it's called a Holiday Inn

I love Holiday Inn products. Until now that is! This Holiday Inn express is really just a run of the mill low price motel with a name and price of it's much higher quality siblings. My two biggest, and to be fair only, complaints are about the shower and the room noise. The shower water temp was warm. You couldn't make it hot. There's hot water in the building because you can make the water scalding in the sink. But the shower was only warm. At least it wasn't cold. The other thing was the noise. Whenever the guy upstairs moved around I heard it and it wasn't just a quiet thing. Loud noises of creaking floor boards. He got up really early this morning and I heard every step. Since I'm ranting. I never thought that there was a "bad part of town" in Redmond, but there's an adult book store and a strip bar a couple of blocks away. Clearly not your typical corporate hotel.

Nightmare Inn

I was charged twice for my stay, and went through hell trying to get back items that I left in the bedroom that the cleaning people stole. None of the staff at Holiday Inn Express seems to want to take responsibily for this nighmare, and I haven't even received an apology...Some of my stuff is still mia.
