I Disliked Alot About This Hotel . I Bought My Room At A Auction At The Sweet Corn Festival . From The Time I Arrived With My Fiance & My 5 Year Old Daughter The Staff Were Discrimanating .Our Key Cards Worked Only About 50% Of The Time . The Pool Area Was Nice But We Couldnt Even Use The Fitness Room Because They Didnt Give Us A Key & Forgot To Mention It To Us When We Checked In . Then Check Out Time Is At 12:00 Here . I Was Gettin Out Of The Shower At 9:11 A.m. & A Housekeeper Just Walks Straight In My Room While Im Still Bare Nude . So I Call The Front Desk to Complain & They Say That The Manager Is Not In . I Tell Them I Was Coming Straight Down To Talk To Somebody Face 2 Face & Once I Get Downstairs The Manager Was Right There . I Notice A Sign On The Desk that Says " Friendly Staff , Clean Rooms " If Your Not Satified We Dont Expect You To Pay". When Im Talking To The Manger I Ask Her About It & She Says There Was Nothing She Could Do & Told Me I Needed To Leave The Hotel . It Was Raining Outside & My Daughter , Myself & My Fiance Were Forced To Wait Outside For A Ride . I Think It Was The Most Unprofessional Hotel I Ever Stayed In & I Stay At Alot Of Hotels . I Am A Entertainer & I'm On The Road Alot . I Think The Staff Were Not Friendly At All. I Do Not Recommend That Anyone Stays At This Particular Hotel In Cedar Rapids ,Iowa On 6st & 33rd Ave. .
