Airport Settle Inn, Green Bay

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was overall clean well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very fresh and an amazing variety offered. It would have been nice though if all the rooms had mini-fridges and microwaves.

I called to ask about my reservations...first time was put on hold and never gotten back too. Called back told me they would be right with me...they must have laid the phone now....hear all the conversation with another visitor and desk clerk about some craft thing....waited 8 minutes. Tried to get their attention by yelling into the phone that I would like to be helped and still hear the conversation with the desk clerk talking to the lady about some craft thing. Finally hung up and called back....same desk clerk answered asked if I could wait....said NO...that last time I had to listen to her talking with a guest about some craft stuff....and I wanted to be taken care of right now....she was very rude...never apologized....I told her that instead of verifying something about my reservation...I would now cancel my reservation and go else where...she said ok took the info and hung up.....VERY VERY Poor hospitality....

It was filthy. The theme room was dirty. The furniture had not been dusted in guite a while. The tub had dirt in it and under the bed- UGH! The mixture of smoking and non smoking rooms are next to each other and scattered so if someone is smoking a cigar in a room two doors down, you smell it in your room with the door closed. The pool area was being retiled and the whirpool was closed. We were not informed of this when making the reservations. The building is not secure so anyone can roam the halls. The hotel is more worried about making $4.00 a day on the park and ride to the airport then providing parking for the guests that can pay up to $164.00 a night for the room. POOR CHOICE! High speed internet was, well,- horse and buggy. Had to pay $100.00 deposit on a modem for high speed and then told after it did not work that it does not work in all rooms.Continental breakfast was just english muffins and bagels. Then to top it all off, the lady who wiped down the counter in the room for breakfast had a tip bowl! POOR TASTE! I felt like the hotel allowed her to beg. Travel 150,000 air miles in a year and would never consider this or any other Settle Inn based on this experience. It just seemed to get worse. When checking out, was asked how everything was, and explained not good. An "I'm sorry" was all that was provided.

What I liked a bout the Airport Settle Inn there is no interruptions just a relaxing and wonderful, romantic place to be to get a way from stress and anything else that is bugging you. It is great place for people to have a wonderful time with there loves ones and family’s and other events. I cant not waite until I go back to the wonderful relaxing place. Have a wonderful Day!

What a beautiful property! The whirlpool suites are gorgeous! The location was great- only minutes from the casino and airport. The staff was professional and helpful.
