Great hotel. Very clean rooms. We have been going here for several years for family vacations and love it every time. The location is the best you are minutes from the boardwalk and beach.You just walk right out your door to the beach and boardwalk and you never have to deal with parking to go to the beach and boardwalk. The staff is very friendly and they will go the extra mile for you every time.

I read that it was clean and was surprised to see just how clean it was. The refrigerator and microwave looked brand new. The floors seemed cleaner than any other beach hotel I have been to. It was quiet and we usually had the pool to ourselves or had to share with just one more family. Great location; close to everything. But, wish they had their own laundry room. I have already recommended it to family.

LIKES...The staff was very friendly and easy going. We even saved on the rides/water park ticket (saved $10 eachs) by purchasing at the front desk. THE ROOM: Clean and bright. The bathroom was WHITE AND BRIGHT and there was a faint smell of bleach (which is good !!) Not one speck of mold in the bathroom. There was a slight musty odor in the room, but it probably cannot be helped, it is damp there. LOCATION: RIght around the corner from the boardwalk !!! Could not have been closer !!!! Just a 10 min walk to Mariners Pier. BREAKFAST: The staff recommended Uncle Bills Pancake House which was great !! THE ONLY NEGATIVES/SUGGESTIONS: I am a bit of a hotel snob and like the nice extras. While there was a refrigerator in the room (awesome !) the tissues were extremely low grade (next time I will bring my own) and although they had a small coffee pot, there was no coffee offered. (again, bring your own if you want coffee in the room) Also, make sure to bring your own shampoo/cond/lotion...it is not offered. WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN? YES.....location and cleanliness cannot be overstated. And the staff on the phone and in person were very pleasant.

I absolutely LOVE this motel. My daughter and I stayed during the Memorial Day weekend 2008. The staff was very friendly, and they made sure that we were pleased and taken care of. They provide discounts on tickets to the rides. They really go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. The motel is located near ALL; boardwalk, beach, water rides, and rides. The motel is very clean; they have a pool and a tanning area. Every morning they made sure the motel was clean as well as the pool. During my stay there was always staff available at the front desk. This place is definitely recommended, especially for family vacations. My daughter and I had a wonderful time and hope to revisit next year.

Normally we stay at Montego bay but they were booked, and we saw the reviews of this place. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. We were personally welcomed and when we called the desk the phone was promptly answered. On checkout, we received a warm send off that made us consider tacking on another day, until we found out they were sold out! It's literally steps from the beachfront, no ocean view but who cares - you shouldn't be in your hotel room anyway! The rooms are neat and clean, with a huge bathroom (at least in ours) and fridge! There was a coffee-maker but no coffee, and all the channels one could hope for on TV. The pool was nice but got crowded in the afternoon. Parking was adequate. We were downstairs and heard everything that went on in the upstairs room, and I mean everything, which could be a perk, for us it wasn't, and we'll stay upstairs next time. This is the typical motel room you stayed in as a kid updated and steps from the beach. Great staff, great price, GREAT STAY!! We'll definately go back. We stayed two nights for less than one at Montego bay.

my family and i were down with several other families for a soccer tournment. We were a big group, but the manager assured us accomadatiuons would be made. The manager was never in his office, was always yellign at the chicldren and whatever else. We don't stay there anymore because we get denied service because we have such a large and "unruly" group of families. From my piont of wiew, we are just bringing a whole lot of business to thsi small motel.

I stayed at Sea-n-Sun recently for a weekend and it's a really nice place. Room was clean and spacious for the reasonable price I paid. Location is great - right next to Boardwalk. People are friendly. I had a wonderful time in Wildwood and staying in this nice motel just enhanced the experience.
