First I made reservations here in January for 5 rooms double beds in March where our company would be staying. A week before our schedule arrival date a man called me and told me he didn’t have my rooms, I proceeded to tell him that this was unacceptable and he would have to figure something out because there are no more hotels in Jessup available. he then tried to get me to take 10 kings which would have double our bill which I said no that we booked these rooms 3 month in advance he said he would call me back, after a few hours and stressing I called him he told me not to worry he had the rooms. When the guys go to their room, they stink so bad of smoke they had to let them air out. know we are checking out and he wants to charge me for the extra days we will not be staying when I explained to him that most hotels would charge for one day since I’m giving him a 24 hour notice he goes on to tell me he will be charging me for 4 days we want even be there. This hotel is unbelievable!!! We will never stay here again!!!!! It stinks, and the customer service is a joke!
I visited my estranged husband there with our daughter when he rented a room. He asked for a refund because the cable didn't work and the toilet was broken. She offered him $30 back out of the $72 he spent. 5 minutes later she called the room and said $25 because he had a girl in there for an hour and had finished with her.I couldn't believe she assumed I was a whore. I went to the desk and confronted her and she said he hadn't signed me in as staying. I told her I wasn't staying I lived in this town and was visiting a guest at her buisness. She then told me that visitors have to sign in as well. Use any other motel. She didn't even apologize for her rude assumptions about my profession.
I got a room with a double bed,it had a working TV w/remote,microwave,small fridge & telephone. For breakfast there was coffee,O.J.,milk,cereal,& donuts.I thought it was a very nice room, very neat and clean, the bed was very cofortable. It was in a good location, the parking lot had lots of light,It didn't have a coffee maker, hair dryer, iron or internet connection in the room.I was there for two nights and when I return to Jesup,Ga. I will stay there again,I thought the price was great! Joy M.
