Bad Service

This hotel had extremely poor service (the rooms were okay, its just the service), when we checked in at 3pm (this is check in time, but they do not have rooms ready at this time, you have to wait an additional twenty minutes) they did not have the double bed room I had requested and confirmed by phone the previous night. The desk clerk argued with me and pretty much concluded that I was lying about my call, this is after she attended to a customer who had gotten there a good 5 minutes after us). We couldnt get refund because we bought the room from price line, so they gave us a king room with a rollaway (this is after the desk clerk got off the phone with another customer saying they did not have any rollaway available). When I asked to talk to the manager, they said the manager does not work on the weekends (a hotel is a 24 hour operation, not a 9-5 job), this was 3pm, I would have understood if it was late at night. Overall the rooms were okay, but I would not recommend this hotel because of the awful service.
