Super 8, Branson

First of all perfect location! Located right in the middle of branson half a block from white water. In between the side roads and the strip. Cleaning lady was great and funny. Good well stocked breakfast. We stayed 5 nights at 61.50 night so a little more than i wanted to pay but definitely not a hole in the wall joint. Pool was clean. Room was always cleaned promptly. Included a fridge but not a microwave. Bed was comfortable. SHOWERS ARENT FOR TALL PEOPLE. Thats my only complaint. Im 6'5 and my girlfriend is 5'11 we both had to duck to take a shower. The showerheads are for people under 5'8.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family, and when returning will be staying again.

First of all, they gave us a room that had people in it. Then, the room we got was not very clean. I killed 6 spiders myself and my husband killed 2 and a roach a small child could ride. The bed was comfortable and the manager did apologize about everything and offered us a free night. But, you get what you pay for too.

We didn't even stay. Our telephone reservation made a month previously wasn't good enough. They had us down for a room but were planning to charge us an additional 40% per night and didn't have any knowledge of the rate agreed with the ammenities we needed. We left...and went up the hill to the Twelve Oaks Inn which had a better location, a better pool, a comperable room and a better rate. The math was easy on this one. I plan on spending a lot of money when I take my family to Branson...I just don't like getting ripped-off before we do anything. I can't speak for the entire chain, but we won't worry about this location again!

We stayed two nights at the Super 8 Central in Branson, MO. We asked for our room to be cleaned the morning after the first night. It was not cleaned (no clean towels, trash not taken out, no toilet paper, no drinking cups, beds not made, nothing). We called that afternoon at 4:30 pm. They said the cleaning ladies were gone, but they would call the manager and get back to us. We laid down to take a nap. Someone (without knocking or saying anything) came into our room. She had on casual clothes and had her purse (no cleaning supplies). We thought she had mistakenly been given our room and key. We told her it was our room. She did not speak English. She just kept saying "I only clean first floor." From that we figured out she was a cleaning lady. We asked her to leave because we needed to get ourselves together, since we had been napping. She refused to leave, and was very rude. We took her down to the office and explained what happened to the person at the front desk. The manager came and apologized. For the entire horrible experience, we were given a $10 credit for the two night stay. We do not feel that this was appropriate compensation at all. We will not recommend this chain to anyone ever! Needless to say, at that point, we simply asked for more towels and toilet paper and called it a night. It was not a "super" experience.
