Campus Inn, Kutztown

The mattress should have been changed 10 years ago; when I tried to sleep near the edge the mattress sunk so low that I had trouble staying in bed. No light bulb in bed light. Wall paper peeling in bathroom. Parking lot is torn up and needs repairs.

I was not sure if I wanted to stay at Campus Inn....... I am glad I did.....I cud save some money.... It is a buget type motel, clean comfortable room, very friendly staff. We really had wonderful stay and will go back

We were driving by Kutztown, liked the town and decided to spend a night at the Campus Inn. We had a very pleasent stay at reasonable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable and also enjoyed the pool.

Okay, so my family and I had to stay here because my sister was graduating the next morning at ku university. The moment I stepped into our room, and wanted to turn around and leave. Our room smelled like smoke first of all, and the bathroom was filthy! I was scared to take a shower because the tub was covered in filth! I was reluctant to sleep in the beds because I was afraid they didn't even wash the sheets. It was only for one night so I tried to bear with it, but then I woke up in the middle of night to glass shaddering and a man screaming. We all freaked out and my mom called the office and the lady said in room 117, a window was broken and the police were on their way. And then she was like "sorry for the disturbance, have a good night," HAVE A GOOD NIGHT??? I have no clue what went on, but I'm telling you right now, I will NEVER go back there again! I mean come on, someone broke a window at 3 in the morning who the heck are they selling their rooms to? Don't ever go here!

We have stayed here numerous times during different seasons. Always a pleasure; in the summer a nice pool ! Fridge and microwave in the room, what more can you need. Friendly and helpful staff !

The room was not cleaned, had somebody elses clothes that were left behind still there. Wet towels still on the floor. Bugs crawling around. Can't believe I made it through the night.

I must say at first glance it doesn't look appealing.... We were greeted by the very friendly managers we even got smiles... that doesn't happen often at 4:00 am. Our room was very clean even our sheets and towels smelled clean it was wonderful.. Management even made an extra pot of coffee just for us we are coffee aholics lol. The surrounding area is very beautiful and very close to anything you might need. Great resturaunts, shopping, and it's sooo very close to the university and all the ammenities...... thank you so much for the wonderful stay we will definately be staying again every time we are in the area

Location for Kutztown U is Great! Other than the location its accomadations compare to spending the night in a dumpster. This place was probably nice in 1972.

We had a wonderful stay here. Managment was delightful and kind. The room was clean and even though we got a smoking room it did not smell of smoke. The sheets smelled freshly clean. The pool after a long days work was clean and refreshing. The motel is in a perfect location for dinning and kutztown entertainment.

Room was clean,jetted tub,lots of hot water. Close to KU, and town. Not 5 star, but clean room and fair price. I will stay again.
