Sumner Motor Inn, Sumner

We came down on Memorial Day Weekend to spend time with parents, and ended up staying here. It was a nice and quiet place. Rooms were clean and rates affordable. Next time I come back, definitely stay here again.

Very clean room and affordable room rates. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed quiet evenings. Very relaxing.

We liked the way that the staff helped with our questions, and the housekeepers cleaned our roon everyday, as well as made our bed, and gave us clean towels each day we were there. The location is great as well. Right next to grocery stores, pizza, various restaraunts, and many fasr food places. It was the perfect place to stay! Definitely will be back.

The lady at the front desk was nice and polite.The room was smelt fresh.Very quite place.Sure the price was reasonable.Definitely come back.

OMG! What a dirty place!! It not only was dirty but it smelled bad. The bedspread smelled awful. I complained and was told I should just take it off the bed and leave it for housekeeping. The person working the front desk (said she was the manager) had no people skills what so ever, she was so rude. I will never go back!!!

We stayed there in the first week of march,2009.We had a pleasant experience there.the staff was friendly.The room was clean and smelt good.We will definately go back.

After reading the other reviews I think the positive ones must have been written by the staff! My room was dirty and smelled of feet or ?, the ceiling had mildew growing and the bedspread smelled awful. The sheets didn't fit the bed and there were 2 nasty pillows in one case to make it look fuller. I went to the local Fred Meyer and bought a pillow and sheets so I could sleep comfortably. I thought a non smoking unit would be clean but it was not. The morning clerk was rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will not be staying there again. There is a really nice motel just a few minutes down the road on 167 north (Holiday Inn) , that has the same prices and is so much more comfortable. With a pool!! I highly recomend the extra five minute drive!!!!!

When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we got to our room, we were very pleased. Our room was very clean, and our linens had a fresh smell. We would definitely recommend this motel to others.

I was there for only 1 day, but the room was clean, linens and towels were clean, and the manager was very friendly. I am not sure where some of these other people have stayed at, but it is not the Sumner Motor Inn that I was at. Great place, and I will stay again when I am in town!

The service was great, room was clean and every day I had a clean room when I returned from my day's activities. Numerous restaurants and stores within 3 blocks. Overall wonderful stay!
