Quality Inn and Suites Lacey, Lacey

I am a long-term choice privileges member(points earned for free stays). I used one of my free stays at the Lacey, Wa Quality Inn. I brought to the managers a couple problems during the stay and she was going to not charge my points. I later learned she in fact did charge me the points. When I attempted to deal with Choice Hotel's customer servcie they were very bureaucratic and just didn't want to hassle with the situation. The checked with the hotel who had no information on the complaint and could not return the points. I have been a member for over seven years and have spent hundreds of dollars a year with them. I have never attempted to get my reward points back and in fact it was the manager who suggested not charging me. I am suprised by their attitude and how they just shuffled me around. I am taking my business elsewhere because I wonder if they really care about customers who are loyal year after year and spend hundreds of dollars with their company.
