Sunset Inn, Fredericksburg

Very nice owners and clean rooms, what else could u want.

great price! The room was very clean and smelled clean. No bugs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. loved our stay. only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed, little too firm for our taste, but that will not keep us from coming back.

My girlfriend and I stayed the weekend in Fredricksburg and we simply had a very comforatable and friendly experience with the staff....the rooms were dramatically clean and odor free in all respects...It is a very peaceful and quiet, safe motel that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Fredricksburg or even Luckenback which is another awesome story...anyhow, my girlfriend and I had the time of our lives and it was only made more pleasant by our stay at the Sunset Inn...I will be staying there again when I do return....

I made a last minute reservation for Valentines Day and didn't expect much for the price i paid for the room...but was very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, service, and simplicity of the accomodations. I will always stay here anytime i am in Fredricksburg. Close proximity to main street and Luckenbach. I highly recommend this establishment.

My wife and I stayed here with two other couples the week of July 4th. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Great price, convenient location, friendly management, simple but clean rooms, firm but comfortable bed, on site cafe is inexpensive but has pretty good food. Cons: The grounds surrounding the property needs a little clean-up...especially on the back side. The Sunset Inn is what it is, an inexpensive place to stay in Fredericksburg. It is suitable for singles and couples with no kids, and those who are simply needing a place to sleep each night. There is no pool, no lobby to speak of, and no breakfast provided. But for a clean place to stay I recommend it.

I like the management and the rooms. the service is great and will respond to your needs quickly, (extra pillows, more coffee, and help in locating businesses.)

We stayed at the Sunset Inn while visiting a relative in the hospital. Convenient, comfortable and clean are the best words to describe it. It didn't hurt that the rates were extremely reasonable as well. Breakfast next door was very good and reasonably priced. I will go back.

Great place and very reasonable on price, beauty in the heart of Texas Hill Country. This area of Texas is fantastic, a watery oasis in a dry state.

I was pleasantly surprised. I started staying here last year when my daughter goes to diabetes camp in Kerrville. The value is great, the rooms are great, the people are great. Will stay here everytime I come now. Joni Groce - Katy Tx

Unbelievable was the only word my daughter-in-law and I could come up with. The owner/operators were so friendly. The rooms were spotless. The beds were comfortable and roomy. The property was quiet and very convenient. AND, there was a nice little restaurant next door that has great breakfast tacos. We will definately return and also recommend the Sunset to our friends and family.
