Ivy Rose Motor Inn, Windsor

My Husband and I have been staying at this place for a couple of years now. His Brother had told us about this place and they really enjoyed. I think it is great. The rooms are spotless and the staff is excellent. I love the salt water pool. We come back to Windsor every year and this is where we stay. A great place if you have young children. Keep up the good work.If you like to walk there is plenty to walk to. We even walked to the water front and back. Good bus service a stop in front of the motel.

Yes, this place probably hasn't changed much from when it was new. But what a great time that was. Found the place on a Friday evening on my first visit to Windsor. It filled up during the evening and for good reason. Room was very large especially by todays standards. Offered a couch and a chair and plenty of room. Easy to get to the riverfront, the beach towns and shopping at the mall. Bed was OK, but the pillows need help. Liked the restaurant, pool, and putting green also. Will go back next time.

what a wonderful place to be! my husband and I stay there at least twice a month, their jacuzzi rooms r beautiful and oh so romantic! the staff and service is above excellent, the owners take great pride in the cleanliness and work hard to make this motel feel like home! try out the restaurant, fantastic food...thank you to the ivy rose and its staff, my husband asked me to marry him there!

While the folks who run this motel seem really nice and treat you well, the place has not been updated in many, many years. The beds are very old and so uncomfortable.That is the primary reason for my low rating. Everything was SO old it was difficult to tell how clean it actually was. The restaurant was a nice little breakfast place.Good service. OK location.

We love this place. Everything you could want, a parking spot outside your door, a pool to keep kids entertained thats actually clean. The maid service was outstanding, gave us extras of whatever we needed. The beds were very comfortable. To be able to access so many other venues from this location was perfect. A restaurant site, expecially when you just spend the whole day driving. WOW. Well done.

I enjoyed my stay, everyone was nice and went to great lenghts to make sure I was comfortable. It had a wonderful family feel, probably because most of the family worked there and took my comfort personally. I will be going back and taking my family. My trip was in mid April, so pool was closed, but did look nice and there is a nice play area for kids. Ivy Rose restaurant is very nice also; I ate one meal there and enjoyed it. Ivy Rose requires quietness after llpm, I loved it. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fast food right next door and mall less than a block away.

Staying at this place was like driving back in time. Definately left over from the car haydays. Everything was clean and nice, but the beds could use a good update.

It is not luxurious by any means, but it is clean and quaint. The family that runs the place is wonderful and it is a very friendly, comfortable place to stay for a very good price.

We are from the states we come to windsor twice a month and the only place we stay at is ivy rose the people ther are so nice and they treat you like your at home. The roomsare so clean and sanatized all the time. we wontpick another place to stay.
