Holiday Inn Exp Perris East, Perris

I stayed there for five nights while visiting family and was actually very pleased until the last night. The room was very clean and nicely made up each day. Didn't notice much noise, either, and the staff seemed fairly friendly. However, on my last night the TV didn't work at all, the alarm failed to go off in the morning (again) and when I went down to check out (already late for the airport) there was NO ONE around at the desk, even tho I had been assured the night before that someone would be there for my 4am check-out. Banged on the office door, hollered - all to no avail, so I finally wrote a note (after stretching over the high counter to find a pen) dropped my key off and left. Very annoying - I'm hoping no weird charges show up on my credit card since I didn't actually get to sign off on the room. Except for that, I'd say it's a fine place for general/business travel.

There are a lot of bad reviews for this hotel, but pay no attention, they are from the past. I was just there and everything was GREAT. Room: referigerator, microwave, large flat screen lcd HGTV. Everything clean and perfect. Free breakfast was great with omeletes, sausage, etc. etc.

I had a bad experience staying in that hotel, the rooms were durty the customer service don't help at all,, the rrestroom in my room was full of mold and the hot water was not working I called for a wake up call and they did't waked me up so I was late for work ,and the manager who was a lady had a bad actitud so don't stay here

first of all we stayed there few days ago and I can say that the hotel was nasty the pillows were durty there was not coffee cup in the coffee maker the towels had stains on it. the carpet was durty the remote control had no batteries .and the price is very expensive and the persons at the front desk don't have a good actitud and they don't help at all

We attempted to stay there and the rooms were substandard. We left after hours of being there. The mattress was soiled and the customer service was horrible. Not only did we leave, but we were refused a refund after being told that we would receive one. Please don't stay there!

I rented the room since it was the only major name in Perris and close to the buildling where my company had sent me. The advertisement said that there would be a ironing board and iron, internet service and a Continental Breakfast, no internet (which is the main reason I chose this hotel), no ironing board or iron (my clothes were wrinked all week), and the breakfast consisted of instant coffee, and mini bagles, and a broken juice machine. I had been planning to catch up on my work at the hotel since I would be out of the office for the whole week, but since there was not an internet service, I am way behind. My major comment is that "don't advertise what you do not offer" !!!

Carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in some time. We were suppose to have HBO but it wasn't working. Continental Breakkfast consists of juice, coffee and make your own toast with margarine! Starbucks is a couple of miles north on the freeway. The only good thing was that it was right off the freeway making it easy to find.

This place has a good location because it was pretty much the only hotel in Perris. The Hotel is dirty. The Management is horrible. The was talking down to me because Im youner. She also charge me an extra hundred dollars for a cleaning fee. It was kind of funny because i left the hotel room cleaner than the way that we got it. Dont go here if you have other choices

Asked for connecting rooms/TV stand was in front of the connecting doors and we had to move it to access the door. Floors in the hotel are really filthy along the edges of the walls, in particular at the elevator area. The rooms were very spartan, but comfy enough. Not many choices in the area and we have stayed there in the past. Just needs a good cleaning and some TLC.

We stayed here for a last minute trip out here for a funeral. We didin't have a lot of money to spend and this was in the right area. This motel is what you would expect for a buget price. Desk staff was just average but helpful when needed. The rooms are nothing special, but clean and decent. No alarm clock - we thought that was strange. The shower was great - good water preassure and one of those nice arced curtain rods that make the shower seem bigger. The pool was AWESOME. It is outdoor, but very heated. And the whirlpool was great, too. The bed was ok - no holes in the comforter like someone else said. There is a Denny's across the street, but was busy all the time. If you can, go up to the Sun City (McCall Blvd exit) and eat at Coco's Bakery and Restraunt. VERY good!! Only 5 minutes up the freeway. We had a nice stay and the price was right. If you don't come expecting a Hilton, you won't be dissapointed.
