Wasn't worth all the cost

I went to Chicago to see my sister's bootcamp graduation. We saw the rates at the Red Carpet Inn and thought it couldn't be too bad; I beg to differ. Anytime I visited the frontdesk, no one was there; an in-room hair dryer was not supplied; and the continental breakfast was hard doughnuts and what was supposed-to-be coffee (grounds and all included). We had 3 people staying in one room for three nights for $240. We had to buy a hair dryer for 20 dollars at the nearest Walgreens (about 20 miles away) and spend an unknown amount of money for breakfast at McDonalds, which was more satisfying than the bland variety of stale doughnuts. Luckily, recruits only have to graduate once. We would not return to this hotel.
