It's gone downhill.
I've stayed in the Rodeway twice. Once about two years ago, and this past Christmas.
It really has gone downhill.
It's close to the university, and a local breakfast eatery.
But once you look up close you'll find.
A powerfully stinky cherry flavored deodorant on the heater in the lobby. The smell was overpowering, asthmatics watch out.
Dirty run down rooms, that weren't clean. We asked for a different room after the first one was found to be dirty-- but the second was just as bad.
No window locks on either room window-- on the ground floor. This issue was a show stopper. No single person, or woman is going to feel safe in these rooms without a window that locks.
Sticky, gunky, icky carpets in the rooms.
Snow removal in the parking lot that was infrequent, leaving us stranded until we could get plowed out.
It seems like a good idea to stay here, and the price is right, but unless you aren't bothered by the above things, it's best to steer clear.
