Baechtel Creek Inn and Spa an Ascend Collection Hotel, Willits

My friend and I stayed here as a weekend get away and we had a wonderful time!! The spa was excellent and so was the pool. Dinner at the purple thistle was amazing and so was our personal wine tour!!!!!! We will be coming back for more. Thank you

Consumers: Read the fine print very carefully. There are certain times during the year when they change the cancellation period from 48 hours to 7 days. This is their policy plain and simple! They make no apologies for it. We had to cancel 6 days in advance of our stay and they took our 350.00 deposits for the 2 rooms we courteously called to release!!! It may be legal for them to do, but not very nice. BE SURE TO CHECK about this when you book your room. It was very disappointing. Check other reviews before staying here!!!

This hotel is the ONLY hotel in Willits that is not right on the Hwy. It is just one turn back in a quiet little street. It has charm and personality - as do the staff. The rooms are immaculate, the beds the best and most comfortable I have slept on and the breakfast wholesome and delicious - no powered eggs served there! Highly recommend

I would never step foot here again. I called in for reservations and when we arrived it was not what was advertised. Our room was facing the main street with no back window or door. The room had a weird smell like mold or something. The toilet had the previous guest's hairs on it.(GROSS) The man checking us in told us to bad and we would have to pay even if we left. (Which we did leave in a hurry) I would have rather slept in my car. Sold out he said, it was evening and the only two other people there were men in white sleevless tank tops smoking in the parking lot. Also, it's in between two fast food chains with lots of traffic. Quiet no way! Then he had the nerve to say we would be charged on our Credit card regardless for not canceling in 24hrs ahead. Hey, we didn't cancel we checked in and left this horrible place. When we asked to talk with someone else he said we would have to call back and talk with the manager. We did and the girl answering the phone said he was the manager and he was the owner too! So what is the truth. Who cares at this point I won't be back.
