AWFUL Experience

The person checking me in was very happy and pleasant. I was booking a room for a dear couple that was getting married in the area for their "HOneymoon" night. After tripping over a metal object in while entering the room I had to be in the ER for the next 6 hours to get stitches. I missed the wedding and not to mention the trauma that this caused my 8 year old daughter that was with me. This happy day turned painful! My husband went to the hotel to tell them of the situation and we were told that the manager would contact us, that was saturday and today is wednesday - NO CALL YET! That says a lot about how much they appreciate the business and how much they value their name! NEVER AGAIN! I plain on spreading the word and that will not be hard as I live in the area.

I love the Innkeeper of Roxboro because the staff is friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to help you. The rooms are very clean due to a hard-working housekeeping staff. The pool is great for cooling off in the heat of summer. The computer with internet access in the lobby is great and free. I would stay at the Innkeeper of Roxnoro time and time again!
