Super 8 Crescent City, Crescent City

Husband and I were on a road trip stayed there for the night. we had our german shepherd in his crate in our truck and the front desk person said we would be charged $150 extra for the dog. Dog never went inside the room but they said that even if our dog is sleeping in our truck in their parking lot we would have to pay the fee. contacted corporate office nothing was done. do not stay here, manager and staff are extremely rude. the place was extremely dirty and the smell was horrible.

The home page for this facility says NEWLY REMODELED. The exterior was painted and the office was redone but the interior of the rooms has not been touched. The handicap rooms had the doors redone to open out instead of in and the doorway was very dangerous. I tripped on the unevenness of the threshold and fell into the dresser. A good price but you deffinetly get what you pay for.

I loved the staff. My king room was huge! Microwave and frig in both rooms we rented. Free internet. We walked to the restaurant across the street at the harbor. Great view! Carpets need replacing but otherwise, very clean and comfortable and all for $78.00.

Desk would not honor AAA discount when card was presented. Room was not clean. I had planned on staying 7 nights but checked out the next day. Hotel has charged my credit card for 7 nights and will not remove the charge.

No A/C way hot and totally not worth $105.00 Poor quality of advertisement from all points. I'm a truck driver and I don't expect a lot but I expected what was offered.
