Hotel Nashville Resort, Nashville

We had a great time. world famous Bloody Marys at the bar. A really good dinner in the dinning room. and the Gazabo party was fun alot of great people we stayed three nights. and plain to go back next year.

We booked a suite at Hotel Nashville in large part for the jacuzzi in our room. It was a huge disappointment. Trying to fill the jacuzzi, the water was just warm, and after filling the jacuzzi halfway, only cold water came out. My friend finally began heating pots of water on the stove, but we could never get the water hot enough. We probably should have gone down to the desk that night and asked if there was another room with a working jacuzzi. In the morning, my friend went down to the desk. The person at the desk showed no concern and didn't even say she was sorry. We were very disappointed in the service and the overall experience and would recommend that people find another hotel.

We love seeing Dana, the evening Receptionist. Take the time to meet her.. She is the best 'adopted sister' we could ever ask for! What an asste she is for this Hotel

Read 10/27/07 review... it is the same experience I had and it is 3 years later! The lady at the front desk was reading a catalog while I waited; I think she may be hard of hearing, but I should not have to shout to get her attention. My reservation was lost? Not in the system, perhaps the 50th HS reunion I had flown 1000 miles to attend was next weekend??... she was pretty sure of that and that I had made yet another mistake. I asked that she call the hotel where the reunion was to be held, they verified that it was indeed on this date, that I had not flown the 1000 miles in vain, but SHE SCARED ME TO DEATH WITH HER SUGGESTION. Who would do that? It turns out my husband had read these reviews on this hotel and had booked me in the hotel across the street, even though he did not tell me he had switched. But, the good Lord was looking out for me on this one. Run, run away from that place as fast as possible The Cornerstone people( where I am happily residing now) are terrific. Even helped me walk next door and retrieve my luggage from the Artist's Colony. The "new" owners@ the AC of 3 years are no better than their employees. Snooty, rude, not helpful, almost vindictive. Worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere... and I have traveled all over the world. Even the French are more polite.

I visited Hotel Nashville and beautiful Brown County last weekends with some friends. We had a wonderful time- The suites was very nice- clean and lots of room for the four of us. The restaurant and bar are surpassed by none. Great Food and Friendly staff.

My husband and I just returned home from a wonderful weekend in in beautiful Brown County, Indiana. This was our first visit to his lovely area of southern Indiana. We stayed at Hotel Nashville in downtown Nashville, IN. The suite was very nice, great indoor pool and Hot Tub. The restaurant and bar have to be the best kept secret in the town. The food was wonderful and the staff was very gracious and hospitable. We will definately return later this year for hopefully another great stay.

The staff at this place made the price and location not worth it. Has anyone heard of customer service? Hello! Front desk was rude and NASTY when THEY made a mistake on my bill and had to change it. It is hard to find good help. I didn't mean to disrupt the book reading at the front desk, but if you come to work, expect challenges and know how to deal with them. Get a clue people. I left a message with the manager/owner regarding the service and never received a phone call. Wonder who trains the front desk staff?

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Nashville- lovely place- room (suite) was nice and spacious- grounds along the front entry and the cortyard around the Gazebo are beautiful- need to do some landscaping along the wooden sidewalk towards the downtown. This was our first visit to the area we will be back and stay at Hotel Nashville again.

The rooms are great, the view you get no matter which building or floor you get on, you can't go wrong. You're in walking distance of all the shops. It's a great place to go rather you want to shop or just stay at the hotel and relax by the pool. The staff is nice and friendly if you need something they will try to get what you need. We can't wait to go back in a couple of weeks. It is a nice place to get away. Our family goes every chance we get two to three times a year if possible.

Hotel Nashville became our home away from home when our oldest child enrolled at IU just 30 minutes away. We chose Nashville when we came for summer orientation 8 years ago- We always enjoyed our stay. The staff tries to make you feel like family. Our youngest child graduated from IU on May 5, 2007 and we stayed once again at Hotel Nashville during this event. We will continue to visit our fine friends at the Hotel- GREAT place.
