Won't go back

We booked a suite at Hotel Nashville in large part for the jacuzzi in our room. It was a huge disappointment. Trying to fill the jacuzzi, the water was just warm, and after filling the jacuzzi halfway, only cold water came out. My friend finally began heating pots of water on the stove, but we could never get the water hot enough. We probably should have gone down to the desk that night and asked if there was another room with a working jacuzzi. In the morning, my friend went down to the desk. The person at the desk showed no concern and didn't even say she was sorry. We were very disappointed in the service and the overall experience and would recommend that people find another hotel.
