Extremely nice staff!!

I have not felt this comfortable and welcomed since we went to Disney World. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Hotel is conviently located if your visiting Liberty. Seminole Road conect s with the two main roads and everything you need is located on one of them.

rude people in this hotel

When i check into a hotel i expect to be treated as a guest and greeted with a smile which was not the case in this hotel. I walk in at 9:00am in the morning and i proceed to eat the breackfast which looked as if it was laying out on the counter way to long. The beds had dust in the sheets, hair in the sink, trash cans had not been dumped, and most of all the room smelt like rotten meat.Also as i walkied in no person greeted me .I would advise anyone who thought of stayin the night at this hotel to be aware of the disatisfaction i have witnessed with my eyes. Forther more i would rate this hotel nothing.

Staying in Lynchburg,VA

We have stayed at this inn over the past 4 years while visiting our daughter. Very nice atmosphere. Well maintained. Good service at the front desk. Ample parking. River Ridge Mall nearby. Easy access to route 29 where most of the shops and eateries are located.

A+ For The Staff!

We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express twice, and will continue to each time we are in Lynchburg. The staff was (beyond) friendly, courteous and went the extra mile to help us out. Although our rooms were clean and comfortable, it was the staff that will keep us coming back! You will not find a better group of people to do business with!
