BEST WESTERN Toni Inn, Pigeon Forge

loved the stay!! do not want first floor again b/c u hear all foot steps upstairs, doors, yells, etc from the outside. nice and clean, staff was nice, good breaKfast

I liked ever thing about Toni inn it was very clean. had ever thing we needed.loved the inside pool. the staff was very helpful .will stay there ever chance i get.

I used to stay frequently and often stayed in the suites above the pool. I went down to enjoy the hot tub only to find lots of algae and foam that was so dirty and smelly (like week old sweaty socks) That we didn't bother getting in,then in morning, I got up to take an early shower and a very large roach was on my bath towel!..was hoping it was a one time thing, but no, while showering, one was in the shower with me! so when I quickly exited the bathroom, several smaller roaches ran into the hole on the side of the sink created for the cords from appliances. I Immediately checked out, told staff about the problem and haven't returned. As stated by another visitor, although I used to stay often, I do know the staff at that time (2009) were usually quite indifferent as though it didn't matter if you stayed or not. Considering what happened, The Owners or managers don't either.

Over all I was happy with the hotel it was clean and had a good location. The breakfast was good. We did have several issues. One of our rooms smelled of bleach so bad that we had to air it out and we requested a wake up call for 6:00 am the person that we talked to said the breakfast did not start until seven. We told them we needed to get up early and was NEVER CALLED!!!!!!! We ended up missing the last day of a confrence that we had paid for, because we did not recieve our wake up call. I know mistakes can happen but the children was looking forward to this and was very upset because this confrence was the whole reason for our trip.

We stayed at this motel for several days, and enjoyed it very much. It was clean, had a nice indoor pool, and a great location. We would enjoy staying there again in the future.

My husband and stayed at the BEST WESTERN TONI in June. It was our first stay and it certainly wont be our last. We were very pleased. We cant wait to go back in August. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My husband an I stayed at this best western for a small get a way..... And we agree that the pictures from the online site is very much on target... we are semi- please with our stay if you are looking for Luxury this is not the place for you...However if you are looking for a nice price with everything you would need it will do its job. and i would suggest that you get a room that is open to the pool area. makes for a great view when you walk out to start you day.. We come to pigeon forge as often as we can ... its a great place..

We stay at this hotel several times a year. We love it! They have great rooms and great values. You can get a small room for 2-4 or they have big family rooms. We go every winter to see the lights. They have a great indoor pool. We also go back in the summer to the outdoor pool. Love go carts and golf.

We loved this place. The rooms were nice and very clean and the pool area was great. Their is a indoor and outdoor pool. The workers were very nice also. We are already talking about our next trip back.

It has 2 pool's every one ws very kind and helpfull it just need's some one to take the phone call' and some one else to do check in.
