Sutton Motel - Rude jerks and uncompetitive prices

I stayed at this place for one night and relocated to Motel 6 on the other side of town for the rest of my sojourn. I will not be returning, the people at the front desk were rude and hung up on me before I even finished making reservations. Upon check-in despite giving them all of my info and my name, plus reminding them I'd called only two hours prior, I ended up waiting in the rain for an hour while they "called the owner" and verified my reservation (?) only to get a sub-par room without clean linens and with a huge hole in the wall by the window. This let in a tremendous draft, but the heat did almost nothing so I could see my breath in the room even after the heating unit had been on for four hours and all windows closed/door kept shut. This place blows, the only place worse is West End Gardens - and they have roaches.
