Ramada Bossier City, Bossier City

Overall I really enjoyed this hotel it was located perfect to BAFB where I was working, we really enjoyed the breakfast heck of alot to be free, the staff was very friendly and the rooms and lobby was beautiful I now want marble in my house , I will be staying there all the time now !!!!

My family and I hosted our baby shower at the Ramada- Bossier. We used the "Magnolia Room" - one of the smaller rooms, but was perfect for our little party. Everything was set up perfectly - as requested - and they let us bring in our own food! Everyone was super accommodating, and let us set up our decorations a little early. After doing a bit of shopping around, I will definitely be using them again in the future!

In town for business, and chose hotel for price & location. Props to the lady at the front desk - for helping me find some things to do not casino related! Overall good experience...

The front desk staff was friendly but that that is the end of what I liked! They did not get my reservation from Travelocity which ofcourse was paid in full so the hotel charged me again and told me they would get it worked out with and I would get a refund. After 7 days nothing so I called the manager, he was not available and ask that he call. Called 9 days later and the manager was not available and again ask that he call. Now I call at 5:05PM and the manager is gone. The room could have been cleaner and the AC could have been cooler. Breakfast was till 10:00AM but at 9:30 there was almost nothing left and now they are starting to put the rest away and put out that others still want breakfast. We want be back!

I had really great time at this hotel I read the reviews and told the manager I would put my comments on line to say how nice everything is, the staff was friendly and it was a resonable price for my pocket thanks Jason and Pam for helping me out I couldnt find a room any where and they took real good care of me

The hotel clerks were the most boorish and unapologetic workers I have ever encountered. We asked for towels and were given floor towels stating rudely, "that's all we got"! We asked for the light bulb to be replaced in the bathroom and were given a bulb and told to change it ourselves. We used a floor lamp in the bathroom instead because they were out of the type of bulb needed. The air conditioner did not cool;probably due to the spores growing on the filter obstructing the air flow. And the worst part was BLOOD STAINS on the sheets!! I recommend sleeping in your car before staying one night at this hotel ,formally awarded the best Ramada Inn property in the country in 2008. What the hell happened in 2 years? Could it possibly be their choice of staff??

We prepaid our room online with a special discount for prepaying. Asked for smoking room. We went to check in they wouldnt let me have my smoking room. They wanted credit card and I tried to tell them it was prepaid. Well when we left they charged us yet again for two nights plus another amount and that wasnt even what our room rate was.. I tried to tell them that we had prepaid yet again and that we shouldnt have this receipt showing the that amount. But they wouldnt listen.. These people dont even know the meaning of the word the Customer is always right.. I have worked in Customer service for more than 30 years.. I know what that phrase means.. I am very disappointed in the customer service here. Next time we visit Shreveport I will not be staying here

When we first entered, hotel had a nasty mildew/moldy stench in the air. The hallway to our room was leaking (literally), and so was the inside of our room, found a bloodspot on our bedspread, and air conditioner was broke. So they gave us another room and still had problems. the second room had no cable, the clock/radio didnt work, and most of all the toilet didnt work. So they then gave us another room. This room was ok but had double beds and me and my boyfriend had to squeeze together in a full size bed.(Ouch) Bad hotel and not renovated as they claim. Dont be cheap like me and spend the extra money for a better hotel. TRUST ME you will be glad. (also breakfast was stale and the room they served it in was leaking and had buckets all over the floor to catch the water)

Our non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The floors were not clean. The lamps were unplugged. After cleaning the hot tub ourselves we found it the water cold and the jets slow. We had to get a TV remote from the front desk and then found the cable connections were broken. The one positive was that they did then move us to a room with a working TV. However this meant moving from a king bed to a full w/o out couch or microwave. The second room did not smell of smoke but was musty. The motel was obviously once a nice place. It is sad that it has not been well cared for, and the staff made no effort to offer service. It is obvious they cater to the casino in the other part of the building. We just wanted a nice place to relax after a long day on the road. This was not it. We should have kept driving.

We came to ramada for convention and we had a good time everything was nice we went to the casinos and really enjoyed it
