we could use a budget inn here in lawrenceville,Pa. on route 49 which is right off exit ramp of I 86 and near corning,n.y. as we get n.y. state people for gas and cigarettes as our rates are cheaper and we have the lake for great fishing and there is good hunting in our area and not many motels across this pa. n.y. state border. we area about 14 miles from corning the last pa. town on route 15 but just off I 86

A little older but clean and worth the reasonable price.

We discovered this little jewel while looking for a dog friendly hotel in the York area. Having been in all the others (and either disappointed or disgusted), we thought we'd try the Little Hotel by the side of the road. We have been there 2 nights every month for the last year. The rooms are always clean. I love the colored sheets. Terrific water pressure for that wake-up shower. And we love the staff!!!! They couldn't be nicer. Also there are a number of restaurants (not fast food, real sit down) within walking distance from the hotel. There is also a miniature golf course right next door. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could!!!

This is a great value for your money. The staff is excellent. We burned some food in the microwave, left an awfull odor. The clean up crew had the odor out in no time at all. We have stayed there on 4 or 5 times and will be repeat customers. Close to the interstate but you would never know it.

This is a good value motel. About $59 for a double. The rooms are very clean and decorated nicely. microwave and refrig in room. Quiet even though it was near the interstate. The exterior is well kept also. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here while we attend a family reunion. It is at the Mt. Rose I-83 exit, easy on and easy off with a few restaurants close by. Next door to a Dennys which is convenient for breakfast. We will stay again.

I absolutely thought this was the most adorable, clean, homey "little motel" i've ever stayed. I even live in York, but had to stay in a motel for one night. It was quite a refreshing experience. Most so called "budget" motels are horrifying, but this was just so cute and comfy.
