Quality Inn Gulfport, Gulfport

When my husband and i first arrived, the staff were rude! We asked for a whirl pool room, the whirlpool tub did not work, and they did nothing to fix the situation. We found a cock roach in the floor along with other bugs. We found lice in the bedding, and the wireless internet did not work. When we called the front desk, they said that there was nothing that they could do and for me to contact the manager in the morning. In the morning, the manager was not there, and they did not refund our money. Was told the manager would call us on Monday. I have posted numerous pictures and complaints about this hotel with everyone that can do something from the chamber of commerce in gulfport to the BBB in gulfport. DO NOT STAY Here!!!!!
