It takes a 4-hour drive and a 20-minute boat ride to get to the resort. Transfer is available from the Hilton Kuching hotel to the resort and must be booked 24 hours in advance. The daily shuttle departs Hilton Kuching at 0800hrs and departs Batang Ai Longhouse Resort at 1300hrs. A fee is applicable. The 4-hours journey will pass through small towns, Serian and Lachau. Upon reaching the jetty at the Batang Ai Lake, guests will board a boat which will take them across to the resort.
