This hotel deserves 0 stars. How do I come to say this? Let me count the ways: 1. When we booked over the phone, they offered us the AAA discounted rate of $55.95/night for our room. When we checked out they charged the full rate of $66.95. They would not change it even when I produced my AAA card. In fact the manager was rude while discussing this problem. 2. We booked a room with 2 double beds, we received one with a single king bed. When we asked for the 2 beds, they told us there were no such rooms available. 3. The lock on our door did not work. Two more times we were given new electronic keys which did not work. Finally they gave us the old-fashioned metal key. They did not fix the electronic key until the next day. 4. When we checked in around 7 pm, in the parking lot were two separate groups of people working on their cars. 5. At the same time, there was one group of young men huddling in one corner of the parking lot drinking beer. 6. The sink did not drain. The next day, an attempt was made to fix it. It still did not drain well, and it was left completely dirty by the worker. 7. The hair dryer in the room did not work, which we discovered as my wife was getting ready for our Saturday night dinner. 8. When we asked for more towels on Saturday afternoon, while preparing to go out, we were first told there were none. About an hour later we got a phone call telling us to come down to the desk and we could pick up two towels. The only question you might ask is, why did we stay? When we arrived we were tired and did not want the hassle of finding another place. But never again will we stay at this place, and we will try to tell all of our friends and fellow travelers to avoid it at all cost.
