All of the staff is very attentive to their guests. Any issue that one may encounter is quickly and efficiently addressed. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms are very clean. There is a nice fitness facility, but you would be missing out if you did not walk or run the park trails that lead to the center of town that run directly beside the hotel! Also, if your German is lacking, that will not be a problem, everyone that I spoke with, spoke english very well. The front desk is also willing to call a taxi for you and tell them exactly where you want to go. Last but not least, don't miss out on the bar in the hotel. It has a shady patio that is great for unwinding at the end of the day and the food is quite good too. Totally worth the money! I would recommend it to anyone.
