The staff was friendly and check in was great. Lakiesha was very professional and gave great directions when we were lost. The room was exceptional and the beds are very comfortable. Will be back in January for another great visit.

There were 27 of us that visited this hotel. It was wonderful. The breakfast and evening meal was good and made trip alot cheaper. Loved the pool and all amenities. The staff was friendly and very helpful. All the attractions were very convenient. We definately will stay here again on our next trip to San Antonio.

4-7 Sept 2009: Thank you so much for the great hospitality at your Inn. You made us feel like family. The rooms were clean and as soon as we returned the housekeeping was on it dog gone it!!!!! The breakfast in the morning was outstanding. I was hoping to see some boiled eggs but its ok maybe next time. Breakfast staff kept area very clean, organized and well stocked. The buffet at dinner was very thrifty and convenient.The added cocktails were a great plus.My favorite was the popcorn until ten. We joined the Gold Key and can't wait to return. The location near the airport is a plus and the miltary discount was a bonus. Most of all the customer service from Ms. Allison Stauber/Bartender, Ms. Lakisha New and Ms. Diana Molina gets 10 stars from us. Your smiles and have a nice day really made us feel welcome. Thank you again for your Hospitality. We will not refer anyone to this Inn because it will jeopardize us not having a room available next time we visit. Alrigtht I have never written a review discussing how satisfied I was with customer service. Honestly it seems the more i live the worst things become in the catogory of hospitality. I stayed in the Drury Inn near the San Antonio airport on a three day visit to see the sights of Texas. During my stay I mis-takingly assumed that this hotel was just another hotel, among the millions I have stayed in. How wrong was I! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and placed in a room that was better than most houses I've seen that belonged to those of wealth. At the price, which happened to be cheaper than the gas it took to get there, I left with a smile on my face and a note stuffed in my pocket reminding myself to write a review. THANKS... Also, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for satisfaction in a luxurious manner. Drury has no competition in my book, from Washington DC's Hilton to San Diago's Hyatt... THE BEST I EVER HAD!

I had never stayed at a Drury Inn. The place was clean, the beds comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. The room had a flat screen tv, recliner and soft bed. You can make up to 1 hour of free long distance phone calls. The best part is the drinks, all drinks, are free. There is a soda fountain that is always open. I don't drink alcohol but if you do it is free in the evenings as well. There is popcorn, nachos and hotdogs free in the evenings. The breakfast is hot and very good. Great location. Great hotel.

Making this hotel our choice as a place to stay for several days was the best choice we could have made. Excellent front desk and cleaning staff. We had two two-room suites and they were clean and roomy. Anything we needed was provided. Can't wait to go back! Great breakfast, evening meals with drinks to boot.

The staff at this hotel were great and went above and beyond. They start off your day with a hot breakfast buffet that consisted of belgium waffles, hash browns, french toast, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, donuts, and bagels with coffee, milk, juice, and tea. Every evening they had a got "snack" buffet that had baked potatoes bar, salad bar, snack mix, and a hot item such as pizza or brats. The adults got a drink card for 3 alcoholic beverages and the soda machine and popcorn was available until about 10 each night. They also have a shuttle that will take you to and from the places you want to go. They were very accomodating to my family when we went to San Antonio for Basic Training at Lackland. They were able to handle my extended family arriving at different times and a day earlier than was originally anticipated. The staff and expecially Stephanie and Jesse were very helpful and gave us easy to follow directions to where we wanted to go. Even though it is a little far from Lackland (about 18 miles) going I would recommend using this hotel. We met other parents who stated that the pictures on their hotel websites did not match the hotel at all and the hotels around the base were in very poor areas of town. It is extremely easy to get to Lackland by using Exit 4 once the 410 Loop turns from 410W to 410S. It is just as easy getting back to the hotel by getting off 410E at McCollough, staying in the middle lane, and then using the turn around at Jones-Maltzberger.

We love the Drury. It has been our favorite for years. We plan all our trips around the Drury, and have stayed in many cities. This Airport location has an excellent customer service staff. That's what i will remember the most, however, i loved the covered parking. San Antonio was under threat of severe weather and we didn't have to worry about our vehicle being pounded by hail or any damaging weather. We visited Lackland Airforce Base, and there was easy access on and off 410. We also visited the mall. (what a great mall) We enjoyed the evening beverages and meal. (that night it was egg rolls, and fried rice. (couldn't believe how good it was) plus the usual nachos, salad bar, popcorn, etc. We did not get to eat breakfast due to having to check out early, but I can tell you from past experiences, the drury serves the best hot breakfast you'll ever find at a hotel. My favorite is the belgium (sp) waffle with peanut butter and syrup. Voted # 1 with us.

We love Drury Inns!!! This was our second experience with Drury Inn. Not only was the free hot breakfast great, but they also served a free dinner in the evening. This was great for us traveling with 5 kids. The hotel was clean and all the staff was friendly. They helped us get a reservation for my sister online because they were showing that they were booked. I felt really safe in the parking garage and all the passcode key entrances. We traveled with 4 other families and everyone said they would definately return to a Drury Inn.

The service was excellent. We rented a King Suite and I must say it was very comfortable. We were located right down the street from the Mall. Drury offers a great hot breakfast and they offer great evening snack (you will get full), so you do save on eating out. You will only have to eat lunch somewhere else. There's also a outside pool and a gym if you eat too much like we did and you want to burn some of those calories...We are planning a Fiesta Texas trip in July 2008 and we will bring the whole family down so we can really utilize the amenities...
