Not a good hotel for English speaking tourists
We stayed in a suite. The suite was very nice and it was clean, but the hotel offers very minimal services and is located far away from tourist areas. The customers at this hotel seem to be primarily people on bus tours who stay for one night. We stayed for a week and it was not a good choice. There are not posting on the price of anything at all - minibar, breakfast etc. No concierge. People at the desk too busy to help, had limited English, and were not very knowledgeable. The restaurant and bar were closed. I suggest that you look for a hotel in another area of Paris. If this was our first trip to Paris, we would have been completely lost. Thank goodness, we know how to use the metro. We had to rediscover for ourselves how to rent the bikes on the street. We were robbed on this trip. Not sure if that occurred in the hotel or just outside of it. I reported it, but no one in the hotel responded to our report. The robbery is clouding my judgment, but I think I am still being fair in saying that this hotel is not designed to accommodate English speaking people on a vacation.
