EEEKS! MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS STAY REQUIRED!

This is a nice hotel, very polite and customer service-oriented staff. My 6 year old son actually drew a picture for the manager because he was so impressed with the room (family room with separate room for parents), waffles at breakfast and I quote "no bugs are wondering around." When they were renovating they were oh so happy to accomodate anyone with no minimum stay requirements....now we are travelling through again at Memorial Day and we cannot book a room unless we pay for 3 nights!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess what Clarion, its now down to 2 days before and you still have rooms available...if ya'll can't help us for 1 night we are not able to provide you with our returning business!

Ripped Off!

We recently enjoyed a couple of days at this once Best Western property. Far from exceding the Best Western corporation's standards they are associated with another corporation. Upon our checking out we inquired about vacancies for availablility for a return visit in mid October 2007. We were told their was availability but the rates were going to be at least 50% or more higher as NASCAR was in the area. My wife and I are fans but do not tolerate being ripped off! Needless to say we will not be returning any business to this hotel.
