Clean and quiet with a friendly staff. Typical amenties you can find at anyother property but for free. It's nice to see that you don't have to be nickel and dimed at some places.

Just what I needed

As a business traveler on a budget this place was perfect. Not to far and not to much money. from and my clients businesses in Chicago. The room had Mirco/Fridges and Wireless interent. That is all I needed but had much more. iron, hair dryer and a coffee maker. the only con is that you do not get good cell phone reception, So i just stepped outside to use the phone and I was fine.

Good deal!

I had a 3-day workshop at Kraft R&D center which is a mile from Best Western. The staffs there are friendly and helpful. They let me to check-in at noon. I'd a king-size bedroom, the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The free internet access is great. The price is good ($74/day) compared with nearby hotels for $100/day. Also, it's just 10-15mins walk to the Golf Metra station, very convenient!

GREAT place, GREAT people!

Very nice, accomidating to all preferances.Clean, curteous, handy to all area. Special attention was given to the fact that I use a wheelchair,was on my first visit to the area from Tennessee, and that I set up remotes on lighting in my room (I was assisted in this). Highly recommend!!

worried at first.

However, after we checked everything was fine. The staff was amazingly helpful and very friendly. This hotel also has a great value. We fit 3 people in a room with a pull out sofa bed for less than $75. Since most hotels in the Chicago area are quite expensive, this was a great deal.

What a Deal!!!!

I decided to stay at Best Western Morton Grove Inn beased on another review I had read on Yahoo travel and it was worth every penny. Best Western Morton Grove Inn saved me atleast $100.00 per night. I was in town for a convention at McCormick Place,Chicago and this property surely was not the closest, however, it was minutes from the expressway leading to Chicago and the Metra Rail system. Savings were worth the 15-25 minute commute. Not to mention the complimentary continental breakfast. The rooms look like they have been renovated or well maintened, my room had a microwave/refriderator, and the bathrooms were covered in marable/granite tiles!!!! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was superb. Best Western Morton Grove was a great value and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The only thing was that they could use a bit more lighting in the exterior of the porperty after sundown. But seemed liked it was in a good area. Most $150.00-200.00 hotels in Chicago do not compare or atleast offer this good of value.
