We are located in the south suburbs of Chicago just 1 mile south of the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) on Cicero Avenue. We are only 30 minutes from downtown Chicago with all of its museums, shopping, and entertainment. We are 9 miles from Midway Airport and 25 miles from O'Hare. Within 1 mile you can dine at JC's Pub, Portillo's, Lone Star, Applebees, and Pizzeria Uno. There are several shopping areas within miles of the hotel. We feature 123 comfortable guest rooms, 8 Jacuzzi suites, indoor heated pool, exercise room, and free local calls. I always stay at the Hampton Inn when I travel to Chicago. And I have never once been disappointed. I usually book the whirlpool room and it is always impeccable. The rates are reasonable, the housekeeping staff does a great job and the front desk staff is always helpful no matter who is there. They make a concentrated effort to remember their guests by name which is a really nice touch to me. The hotel is located around plenty of great food including a wonderful little pizza shop within walking distance. They are across the street from a Walmart, K-Mart and Menards. Starbucks and Pizza Hut and IHOP can all be seen from your window. The shuttle service is always on time and extremely friendly. I'll be heading back in a few weeks and I expect nothing but the same great experience as I've had before. I strongly recommend this hotel.
 
 
 
 
 
Disappointed with breakfast.

We always stay in Hampton Inn,Crestwood,Ill. Always a nice visit. Now I,m concerned about other guests getting poisoned. One morning we both got spoiled milk,another morning,we got spoiled half &half . I know they provide coffee 24 hrs. The half&half should be iced,so as not to spoil.

I'm picky and I found this 2 star hotel to be as clean as any 5 star I've stayed at. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's in a safe area and just a nice place to work from if you're working the south area of Chicago and south suburbs. My only complaint is that there is not enough light in the bathroom to make-up by. It would be nice if they used the Daylight bulbs.
