Quality Inn Outlet Mall Saint Augustine, St Augustine

The location was right off the interstate. There were two outlet plazas within 1 mile of the motel. One I would not have gone to(too frou frou for me) but the other I did and got a GREAT value on a baby outfit for a co-worker. There were also a multitude of restaurants close by not just the normal chains but a local Italian restaurant(I don't want to massacre the name)but it was between the two entrances of the outlet center. We had no trouble at check-in, they honored the rate that I booked online. The breakfast was really good and the waffles were yummy. We were next to the pool and i was worried about the noise but we never heard a thing. The room was clean and comfortable ane they had this really nice comforter on the bed. My dislikes were that on the second night the AC started making this weird sound BUT we were running at full blast 24/7 because it was so hot there. There was no "DO NOT DISTURB" sign in the room and we really needed that because we had the dog and we didn't want the maid trying to get in the room with him there. The last thing was the location(yes, I know what I said)I would have wished for it to be a little closer to the beach and historic area. But that 's why we paid the price we did because it was little further but not terribly so. Overall, I was very happy with everything. The lady at check in was very nice(sorry I don't remember your name). Would I recommend it or go back? Yes to both of those questions! Good job, Quality Inn and Choice Hotels!

Well I typically stay at the Holiday Inn brand hotels because they're everywhere and generally a good rate. I loved this location; it's tucked away from the main tourist area and busy parts of town (therefore very quiet) but near the major highway, dining, and shopping. Historic St. Augustine was a short drive away. Continental breakfast was nothing to boast about, except the cinnamon rolls, yum. Wireless internet was free, a major plus. Everything was going great until we were getting ready for bed. We booked two queen beds. My bed was fine. The other had a little stain on the comforter that we could not decipher so we threw that on the floor. The real "eww" was the headboard. There was something on there (you can make your own conclusions). My mother the neat freak just cleaned it herself but I was going no where near that bed the rest of the trip. In the morning I found a couple hairs at the top of the shower and some dust near the smoke detector. Basically everything else was spotless. I would have given this place a spotless review except for those spots I found.

This place was disgusting. The room was filthy. You could see the outside through the door. We stayed in the room for 5 minutes and my husband said 'pack up the kids.. we're leaving'. We checked out, drove down the street to a VERY clean Hampton Inn and were much happier!

They were very accomodating, letting my husband stay longer in the room while I was at my seminar and letting me leave the company car there while we went to do other things in our personal car.
