Great Western Branson Towers, Branson

All I wll say is... spend a little more money and get something that is worth sleeping in. Hotel has a lot to be desired...like I said... add a few more dollars and go elsewhere you will be glad you did yourself a favor.

We called to make reservations at this hotel, the lady we talked to said they had a room available. One hour later another lady called and said that they were full and that we couldn't stay there. Very Disappointed.

stayed here in the honeymoon suite. Had the jacuzzi room. Room was very spacious. People working the desk was great. I think the cable was alittle skimpy but I still got all the shows I wanted. They had free wifi which was a plus. I had a great experience.

The only positive was the location was off the strip but within a short drive to all the attractions. The rooms were very dirty. The bed was awful. I think that if I would have slept outside on the unkept parking lot it wouldn't have been anymore uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't very good and the breakfast room was very crowded. The wifi service was a joke. When I called the front desk to inquire about the wifi service, they told me I was doing something wrong. Funny, I have never had a problem at any other hotel I stayed at! Though the rooms are cheap, I would look elsewhere.

The hotel had horrible cleanliness and the service was horible! The value was horrible for what my Family got the location was OK. So overall it was very awful!

This hotel is just minutes from all of the attractions in Branson! If you are looking for a super clean and super freindly hotel you want to stay at this one. Dont stay on highway 76 where you cant get a good nights rest! Stay at this hotel. The manager is nice and her staff treat you like a king!

We had a wonderful stay we were there for 4 days the place was clean the staff was friendly and its not on the main strip so its quit and relaxing. unlike some hotels that you find online the pictures are the real thing it is a beautiful hotel we will stay there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I loved it. The main reason that I chose this hotel was because of the beautiful staircase that is shown in the pictures. Secondary reasons were the indoor pool and hot tub. My friend and I with my daughter and neice stayed here for three days and two nights. The girls loved the pool and the ice cream social at night. My friend and I noticed how fast our calls to the front desk were answered and how quick things were taken care of. I was just an all around good hotel. Our cleaning lady even folded our personal blankets, brought from home, and when she made the beds she used our pillows that we brought from home as well. This hotel does seem a little old and it is not a fancy high dollar hotel, but I feel we got much more than we paid for. The girls realy liked the pool staying open until 11pm, as most people with kids know, sometimes you cannot get to the pool when you want and if it closes too early all you have is a dissapointed child. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit Branson.

Our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) had 2 rooms. At check-in both rooms had towel service for 2 people. Called desk and later that day they provided additioal towel sets. But the next day we had to call again (took 2 calls) for additional towel sets and for a replacement toilet paper roll. Not a big thing - but inconvenient when you are getting children ready for the bath and find you don't have enough towels or wash cloths. On the positive side, the room was very clean. Continental breakfast is sufficient but a number of guests (self included) picked up rolls, coffee, and juice to take to the room for others. We were all balancing 6" styrofoam saucers and 5 oz coffee cups. Trays would be a big plus. When asked about trays we were told we needed to bring one from out room (under ice bucket or coffee maker). It was a long walk from the third floor back hall to the first floor lobby area where the continental breakfast was served. So, take a tray with you from your room. One of the two rooms we reserved had only luke warm water from the sink and shower. We were unable to find out why. Ice Cream Social was a nice gesture but I believe cost could be built into the room rate somehow. Charging $1.25 for a single scoop of vanilla ice cream is a little steep. Other options were up to $2.50 each. Pool area is nice. Plenty of seating and lots of towels available. A lot of guests were using the pool and hot tub and all seemed to be enjoying it. I would rate the hotel as average but it would only take a few small improvements to bring it above average.

We liked the Branson Towers. We had a teen and two little ones with us. The room had plenty of room, bathroom was large. Staff very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. We would definately stay there again. Great value..the breakfast was not extensive, but ok, and free. We definately recommend it.
