Best Western Galleria Inn and Suites, Bartlett

Checked in and was upgraded due to booking issues. That was a good thing or so I had hoped. The room they upgraded me to and gave me a key for, was already occupied. They moved me to another room that was non smoking. This was my main request. I get in the room and get settled and noticed that there were 4 large cigarette burns in my comforter. I called the front desk and the response I got was "What do you want us to do about it?" This said in the nastiest of manners. I took the comforter off the bed and there were yellow stains in all over the underneath. I asked them to replace the comforter. To my surprise, it was not done and the same comforter was placed right back on my bed. I could not wait to get out of there.

Staff was very friendly,the rooms were very clean. The hotel was close to everything,resturants, shopping (malls and discount) and the Continental Breakfast was YUMMIE! Will definately stay there again.
