Service above and beyone

My company has been staying at this hotel every other week for about two months. They have given us a great rate and always take care of my people. During the past week, the Fair was in Great Falls, and rooms were at a premium. My employee forgot to reserve a room for that week, but their front desk took care of us, got us a room and made sure everythign was ok. In a world where the almighty dollar accounts for a lot, and they could have gotten considearably more for the room, especially since we didn't have a reservation, its still nice to see that people care for people..... keep up the good work
