Best Western East Towne Suites, Madison

Nice to have a room that has a seperate area for working/watching tv on the couch with the bed on the other side of the wall. The seperation of the two makes it feel less like a small hotel room. Rooms and hallways were clean and the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bed wasn't all that comfortable, but, considering the reasonable price I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. My biggest complaint is that I was here for business and the desk is so high up that my shoulders ached from reaching up to type on my laptop. It was more of a spot to toss things on (like keys or a purse)than a good spot to work. Won't necessarily be my first choice next time I'm here, but I wouldn't be opposed to returning...

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times while traveling with work. Stayed almost 3 weeks once, 2 weeks another. Absolutely love it! The staff is fun and helpful. Special props go to Mikel! He's the singing, upbeat breakfast cook, awesome way to start the day. Great hot breakfast, very nice pool/hot tub. Usually quiet unless there are teams staying for sports tournaments, then it can get pretty noisy at night. Good place for a family getaway. The internet connection was very good. Almost hated to leave :)

I am always pleased with this hotel and its staff I enjoy my stay each time I come 5 years I ve stayed here during tournment time and always very accomadating

staff are very helpfull and friendly and well come back next year really made the trip you cant go wrong going to this hotel the breakfast was perfect for my famly

The desk manager was super!!!!!!! I wish I had 10 like him working for me He deserves an instant raise and is the perfect example of what excellence in service is his name is Noah

Room was very big, the staff very kind great hot breakfast in the morning with a cook that sings hotel keep up very well in a nice area with nice people every where from front desk staff to maintenance and cafe

Was a pretty good place to stay for the money. Paid $98/night for a one week stay for business. Had a comfy queen bed, 3 person couch, small arm chair, desk, a little fridge, and microwave. Room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was an assortment of eggs, sausage, ham, fruit, muffins/breads, and either pancakes, waffles, or french toast sticks.

I read several reviews after I had booked this hotel room and to be honest, I was dreading it. I had not read good things. But after our stay I thought I should put in my 2 cents worth. It was awesome, the free breakfast was great, the location rocked, close to everything. It was easy to get downtown, shopping, eating, you name it. I do recommend double checking your reservations, ours was fine but the desk clerk said that on line reservations are often mess up. We had a whirlpool suite which was great, a new bottle of champange each day we stayed! The room was clean, the service was great. They even unlocked the breakfast room to get me a fork at like 11pm so I could eat the chocolate cake I brought from the restaurant that night. Would definetly stay here again.

Do not stay at this hotet! First they screw up the reservations everytime. We booked for February just in Janueary. When we callled to confirm the reservation they could not find it. They had booked it for January. We specifically asked for adjoining rooms because we have 6 kids. They do not accomaodate this. They say they can't guarantee it. Their front desk people are terrible. Ben is the desk manager and he is an idiot. Our school was there and booked over 25 rooms and they goofed alot of them up. They do not care and will not try to resolve the situation whatsoever. We went to pull out the sofa bed and inside the bed is a note "Do Not Use. Bed is broken.Will not work." When we asked for a rollaway they acted like we were asking for a million dollars and it took over 30 minutes to get the bed. When you ask for the owners information they will not give it out because the owner has requested not to have it given out. No wonder why with the service and people working there. There were other schools there also who had similiar problems and said they will not stay there again. If you are staying on the East Side do not stay here. You are better off staying in your car because your seats in the car would be more comfortable.
