Hotel Valle Real, Cali

I stayed in the Presidential Suite, It has a Jaccuzzi nice view ect. Bad thing was Jacuzzi did not work, they were fixing the air conditioner they told me 1 day it was 4 days. They refused to give a refund and they charged full rate. Spoke with the Manager and they will listen but will not give you any discount if they provide poor service. Just a horrible experience. Keep away.

Nice price, good location, elegant,comfortable and excellente service.

i stayed at here several times over the past 5 years. the last times was december 2004. they quoted me one price but changed it when i was checking out at 5 am to fly back to wis. keep track of everything you use in the frig or mini-bar. they always furnish a price list for laundry and food. breakfast was complimentary. they have chanaged management several times. always check was you use and phone bills. i was paying about $50.00 per day but now they raised it to $78. i am starting to loose my trust in them.
