Regency 7 Motel, Fayetteville

I took a chance and booked this place out of desperation. The facility appears to have been recently updated and is well-kept. The room was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. I have paid a lot more for a lot less.

room is very clean,comfortable pillow top bed with iron clean linen,service is good ,we are stay so many hotel but this one is very clean hotel,better ther national chain hotel .it is affortable price

We had rented for two nights and the 1st morning they changed out all the mattresses in the rooms .1). blocking parking spaces, and the only entrance/exit, they gave us the option of standing in the parking lot for hrs in the heat or leaving and coming back. we left.3hrs later returned and they were still in our room. needless to say this place is awful, bad location, and indifferent staff. Did i mention i had a one yr old with me and needed a place to sit outta the heat that is quite and calm. we got none of the above.Then here is the biggy!!! once they left the room they letf a dirty used syringe next to the t.v. where my kid could find!!!! absolutely unexcusable

Nice clean room, exceptional service. Will stay here again. Easy to find, easy on and off freeway. Continental breakfast. I like easy access to the rooms.

WOW this property is really clean, inexpensive, quiet and a great location. The rooms are better than some of the other franchise motels. I am also a repeat customer at this motel.
