Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Milan

The service there is perfect , very freindly very helpfull working stuff there money will spend there

The hotel was very nice. Service was very good, restaurant was good. No complaints about anything, except that I felt it was overpriced.

As a frequent visitor to Four Seasons Hotels all over the world, their location in Milan is a big disappointment. I was there for two nights, but stayed in three rooms. In the first room (a suite), the television did not work and the only window in the living room opened to an interior corridor. Can you say MOTEL? The second room (an upgrade!) was sandwiched between the service elevator, the valet parking, and the lobby. I felt like I was sleeping in the middle of Grand Central Station. My third room was nice, but like the two before, the housekeeping was extremely poor. From dirty toilet seats to rubbish in the mini bar, this hotel does not live up to its price.
