Service was very poor.The room had many small bugs and dirty place you wish never come again.

I've been staying at this hotel every few months for the past year. I'm pretty sure I've never been in the same room twice but I always feel welcome and I'm always confident that my room will be clean and comfortable. The beds are really wonderful and the staff is warm and sincere. I like the town becuase there are lots of restaurants within a block to choose from. The one in the hotel is wonderful but sometimes I feel like something different. I don't love the fact that this hotel does not offer a full room-service menu and that you can't charge the restaurant/bar tab to your room but that's a small trade-off for the things I do like. I would recommend this hotel to other business travellers - high speed internet access and breakfast are free!

We just returned from a thanksgiving weekend at the Wayne Hotel. This was our fourth visit to the hotel, and the last one. Service was very poor. We were with family all day Saturday. When we returned to the hotel at 5:00 PM to change for dinner, the room was not cleaned. The desk clerk claimed I requested the housekeeper leave our room undisturbed and she had no reason not to believe the housekeeper. The staff used to be very friendly and helpful. This new staff is surly and Never available. The place has become very seedy. I recommend anyone visiting the area stay at either the Radnor Hotel down the street or the Marriott in Conshohocken.
