PuebloBonito Rosa is FUN ! FUN ! FUN !
This hotel is the best hotel on the most exciting beach there. You meet people from all over the world, not only Do the employees remember you from the last time but your name as well. Very clean rooms. We own a time share exec. suite 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. We have been going to this hotel for 10 years. Have spent weeks at other spots but there is nothing to compare. The beach is just steps away from any room. If your spot is by the pool or on the beach is a blast. Would recommend this to any one that's going to Cabo San Lucas for its also just ten minute walk to and from Downtown.

Overpriced
By ,
The resort was an afterthought from Blanco next door. Only a dozen rooms have can be called oceanfront. Constant service/sales pitch for high priced food and beverage. Do not eat here the food is poor. Stay at Blanco if you want oceanfront.

We loved it!!
By ,
It was a great experience! We went with the whole family and it was so much fun. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. We went the week after the swine flu break out and no problem...can't wait to go back. (Only draw back is if a person has a handicap...only two elevators and our room was a long walk.) It was definitely a great vacation!

Just Returned!
By ,
Just returned with some friends and it was beautiful and VERY clean! Restaurant was excellent and had good buffet nights, but a little pricier than the bar joints a quick walk down the beach. We took the timeshare tour of sister hotel Sunset Beach and was very worth the $300 and discount on activities, we stayed there all day because of the beautiful pools. Pool was always clean and big enough to handle many, just get your towel on your chair early if you want a prime sun spot. Sea of Cortez was easy to swim in, but full of jellyfish on one day. You won't be disappointed in this resort!

WONDERFUL!
By ,
I just got back. And, I had a WONDERFUL time! The resort is gorgeous. One of the first things I noticed was a beautiful swam swimming in a fountain. I saw it in a picture on the website and thought it was fake. But, it and the other two were very real....and very beautiful! The staff was wonderful, and remembered my name each time they saw me. They were very helpful with any questions I had and all of my needs. This resort is walking distance (about 5-10 minutes) to downtown. If you don't want to walk, I suggest taking a bicycle taxi. The locals are very friendly and helpful, also. I attended three timeshare presentations and earned cash and lots of free activities and other goodies. None of them lasted longer than 1 1/2- 2 hours. If they seem pushy, speak up and let them know. But, that was not my experience. Everyone was great. I had a beautiful one-bedroom suite that was very spacious. Apparently, some of the rooms are smaller than others. So, be sure to ask for one of the larger suites if you can. The ocean is beautiful. It was hot and sunny every day. I got a GREAT tan! lol I went by myself and not once felt lonely or bored. There was SO much to do. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Average at Best
By ,
My wife and I love to be wowed when we enter a vacation hotel. The entry and lobby here look like your average Best Western. As we were waiting to check in (not long), I was flipping through a notebook on a desk in the lobby of things to do. A young lady walked up and asked if I was there for the time share presentation, I said no. She immediately took the notebook out of my hand and told me I couldn't look at it which seemed a little rude. The rooms were nice (average). I was supprised at how few of the rooms were actually ocean view since the hotel sits on the beach. The stairstep shape of the hotel actually prevents a wonderful view for a majority of rooms. Most rooms have a pool view which is ok. The poolside services is very good and they seemed to be have 2 for 1 drinks all the time. I didn't participate in many of the pool activities but alot of other folks did and the activities staff seemed to be doing an outstanding job ensuring everyone at the pool was having a great time. The resturants within the hotel are very limited and not that great but the prices are reasonable. I understand it is Mexico so you get lots of beach combers trying to sell you stuff but when I sat in one of the beach chairs directly in from of the hotel, I literally couldn't see the ocean in front of me for all the people lined up behind the hotel ropes trying to sell t-shirts, jewlery and other stuff. All in all, our experience wasn't bad, it was average.

Don't listen to Negativity
By ,
I have stayed at this property two times. Once in 2004 and again this year. Both times were exceptional experiences. This resort is in the perfect location, and the staff is the best. It is a timeshare property so to expect to not get offered to take a presentation is silly. Even more silly is to accept an invitation, receive about $300 worth of incentives and then complain that it took to long or you felt pressured. If you mooch for "free" gifts, you should feel badly, This is how these people make a living. Shame on you, not on them, for asking for your business. You should know better than to be a taker in this world. If you know prior to going that there is nothing the sales rep can say to earn your business, then don't go. Don't be a mooch. Have some self respect and just say no to the marketer. This resort is family friendly and my entire family had a great time. I would highly suggest it to anyone. For anyone that didn't have a good experience here, I suggest looking within rather than at this resort. I have a sneaking suspicion that you probably are just not a happy person and complain about a lot of things in life. For those of you out there that want a good time in Mexico and want to be in the best location in Cabo, stay at this resort and enjoy yourselves like I have.
