Don't Go!!

This hotel has terrible management and customer relations!!! I have never had such a bad experience with any hotel as with this one. We had booked to stay 2 nights and due to certain circumstances we were forced to cancel our reservation. It was then that they informed us that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy and so we would be unable to cancel our room. The manager made it sound like this was a standard policy for all hotels, which is obviously the case!! Management treated us very poorly over the phone, even to the point of hanging up when the conversation was not finished. I still can't believe for $110 they would want to receive negative feedback and lose a customer. Stay away from this place, unless you like being treated poorly!!!!
